2015/11/16上課內容和心得

本次是期中考後的第一次上課,對於成績有點不滿意,覺得自己答題錯誤,接下來得好好加油了,這次檢討完考卷後是上"10 ways to make a public library work / Update your libraries",來源是IFLA,只有英文版,在網路上都找的到,過程中,老師還順帶考了一下同學單字的認識程度,並講了一下對於這些東西的看法

 以下是這篇文章認為圖書館應該要有的十個創新服務：
 1.Develop public library buildings with the emphasis as community/cultural spaces not just physical stores of knowledge.
圖書館應成為社區和文化的空間,而不是只儲存知識的空間（讓讀者更方便,有國際觀,需具備配套措施）

2.Liberate our services using the World Wide Web2.0 and look towards
Web 3.0 and 4.0.
將所有服務更新（解放）,使讀者們可以在web2.0上使用,並朝向Web 3.0 和 4.0.的方向發展

3.Connect with our communities and educate and train people.Librarians
and Information Scientists can act as educators and personal knowledge
advisors and not just keepers of keys or Internet gatekeepers.
圖書館應與社區結合,使其具備教育和訓練人們的功能

4.Develop a “world wide wisdom” – a global knowledge and understanding by creating international cultural pathways on the web.
發展"全球性智慧" – 能通過網路獲得全球文化的認識和理解,進而能更體諒別人的立場和行為

5.Work internationally to erode barriers and censorship whilst respecting all cultures.
排除障礙和不平等,並尊重和包容所有文化

6.Support our staff with continued training and encouragement to be
proactive.
支持館內工作人員,給予其在職訓練和相關鼓勵,使其更正面待人處事

7.Develop our digitised collections services and knowledge – the hybrid library – knowledge, education and information in diverse forms.
發展數位館藏和數位知識 – 復合圖書館 – 包含：知識,教育和形式多樣的訊息

8.Improve accessibility to our catalogues and databases especially for users with visual impairments.
提高可使用和訪問館內書目和資料庫的方式（接近使用）,特別是對視覺障礙者而言

9.Establish national and international standards on the Internet  environment.
以國家標準和國際標準建立友善的互連網環境
（選擇決定未來,渴望使人學習）

10.Public libraries as cultural storehouses – the “live” environment
alongside the “recorded” one – archives, museums,libraries and culture
combined: a “comby library”.
公共圖書館作為文化（包含生活）的儲存空間之一，和檔案館,博物館共同結合組成大型的"梳狀庫"（最後的儲存空間）
